We follow a strict and transparent return/refund process.

1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

Product is eligible only if:

  • It is defective,

  • Wrong size received,

  • Wrong product delivered.

NOTE: Used or damaged products cannot be returned.


2. Mandatory Step – Return Video Proof

Return/refund request will be accepted only when customer sends a clear product video on our official WhatsApp number.

Video must show:

  • Full product

  • Packaging

  • Defect or issue

  • Unboxing (if possible)

3. Approval Process

  • Team verifies the video.

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated on WhatsApp.

  • Approved returns must be couriered to our address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customer must courier the product to our warehouse after approval.

  • Return address will be shared on WhatsApp.

  • Package must be in original condition.


5. Refund Process

Refund will be initiated only after we physically receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund method:

  • Same mode as original payment (UPI/Bank/Wallet).

Refund timeline:

  • 3–7 working days after product inspection.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchange allowed for:

  • Size issues

  • Product defects
    (Only after video proof and approval)


7. No Return/Refund For

  • Used or worn products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Without video proof

  • Return shipped without approval
